you better understand and easily use the benefits provided to you
under the Tapco International Medical Plan. The information listed
below will address most of your needs most of the time. For any
issues not covered here, please find the section on customer service
for further instructions on where to go and who to call for specific
assistance.
We are very pleased that Tapco International
has chosen Tyoga CareNet as its network and want to do our best
to provide customer satisfaction. Therefore, if you have any concerns
or issues that you need further assistance on, please give us a

Benefit Information
You can access various documents that will be useful
in answering questions you may have about your medical plan by clicking
on the document buttons provided below. Also, clicking on the logos
will take you to the web site indicated by the logo.
Searching for Providers
To obtain detailed instructions on how to search for
a provider, click on the document button below.

To access the networks below to search
for a provider or for more information, just click on the web site
logo and this will open the web site.


If you are within your primary
ppo service area of Tyoga CareNet or Devon, you must utilize the
providers within those networks. However, if you are outside of
your primary ppo service area, you are to access the Beech Street
Travel Network. A paper ID card has been provided for this
purpose.

Pharmacy Benefits
Your pharmacy benefits are obtained through Pharmacare.
For prescription drug benefits call (800) 837-9600 or go to their
website for additional information by clicking on the logo below.


Pre-certification
Weyco, Inc. is contracted by your
employer to provide certification services and must be contacted
prior to such scheduled services being rendered. Weyco, Inc. must
be contacted within 48 hours after an emergency inpatient admission.
The covered person or provider must call Weyco, Inc. at (800) 748-0003,
Ext. 1573. Refer to your Summary Plan Document for more detailed
information.
Claims and Covered Services
If you have any claims and covered
services questions, please call Weyco, Inc. at (800) 748-0003.
Attention: Weyco changed their
