This directory will help you identify providers that
are associated with Tyoga CareNet. Because any network is constantly
growing and changing we suggest you
always verify yourself with your provider that the provider is currently
in the network before you seek or receive services from that provider.
Basic instructions for finding a provider should always be provided
on your health plan identification card.
Search Instructions
When searching for a provider, use the full name and
capitalize the name. Physicians are always identified by physician
name - not the practice name. This
is the common for most networks, as it is almost impossible to keep
track of practice names. If you can't find the provider you are
searching for by name, try listing all of the providers by city
or zip code.
Mental Health Counselors
Non-physician mental health counselors are often provided
for through an employer's "Employee Assistance Program".
This is usually separate from the employer's medical plan and uses
a different network. More information on your options should be
obtained from your human resources administrator.
Use of Other Related Networks
Most health plans will use the Tyoga
CareNet Network in combination with other networks. Only your employer
or health plan representative can tell you which networks you can
use or how they should be used. In order to help you access these
other networks, the following links are provided that will take
you to the more commonly used web sites. Each of the web sites will
have a provider search function.
